One-family house
This small building located into the pre-war part of the city has been an interesting opportunity to analyse the relation between the architectural identity and the traditional urban block of buildings.
The strong constraints due to the pre-existent building has been used to stronger characterize the architecture.
An not aligned portion of the existing building became a tower which extends itself to the ground as a fence wall, and to the roof decomposing itself in two dimensional wall panels, only just angled to declare its architectural independence, and up to a empty frame containing the penthouse balcony.
