The new headquarters of the municipal offices of Piacenza is the privileged place for the representation of the relationship between citizens and the government agency closer to them.
The role of this building can not be reduced solely to the functional efficiency in the performance, but have also to provide a model of balance and integration in relation with the environment, the incidence reduced through the use of renewable energy sources, and the relationship with the tradition that is respectful but not defeatist to innovation and architectural typology.
It will be a contemporary building both in terms of proper and responsible use of resources and of original approach to material culture and architecture.
They consist of seven floors above ground and one floor terrace where have been accommodated some of the technological systems.
