Nanhe Residential Block
The urban block is the basic unit for implementation of sustainability concepts in the new eco Jingwu town.
Every urban block has been designed to get the maximum of self providing in terms of energy production, energy saving, and water saving.
Every block will contain all those services that will avoid the blocks inhabitants to use the car for most of the daily needs. The city layout is developed on two levels: the upper layer totally devoted to the pedestrian and cycle traffic will discourage use the car also to reach functions located in a range of about 1 km.
