The Milanese event of Archichef Night 2019 was held at the ATTIMI restaurant bt Heins Beck in Milano City Life. The formula of the evening consists of a dinner-event in which five architectural firms test themselves as chefs for a night designing their dish as a real architectural project.
Joseph Di Pasquale Architects, with the dish entitled "Shrimp with the "lack "of bacon", won the first place for the originality and a the amazing taste of the proposed dish.
