JDP Architects and Contini have been awarded the contract for the new primary school complex in Ghedi (BS).

“The idea is to conceive the school as a city, or rather as the city for the children. The school together with the house, is the place where they spend most of their days: the relationship with this space is fundamental for their growth".

The innovative project: classrooms overlooking the teaching garden, agora and avenue that is always open. The work of approximately 8,000 square meters, will be built on an area of ​​over 17,000 square meters and will involve a thousand Primary schoolchildren, divided into about forty sections. The new Ghedi school center will consist of four buildings for teaching activities, a multipurpose gym, a canteen and spaces that can be used by the community.
